Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer expectations. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
Free from marks, makeup, perfume, odours, or damage
Returned with original tags and packaging where possible

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items unless they are faulty or not as described. This may include:

Underwear and lingerie
Swimwear (if hygiene seal has been removed)
Earrings and certain accessories
Beauty products
Personalised or custom-made items

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter promptly and arrange a suitable resolution, including a replacement, refund, or exchange where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank processing times.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or faulty item), we may cover the return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns or sizing-related returns, customers may be responsible for return postage unless otherwise stated in a promotion or offer.
